Help Center

Help topics for using Storescrapers, running Shopify scraping tasks, applying filters, and exporting product data.

Using the Shopify Converter

Paste a valid Shopify store, collection, or product URL, select the product limit, and run the scraper. After results appear, use the preview table to confirm the data before export.

Using Filters

Filters help clean the export before download. Use title search, vendor filter, tag filter, and price range controls to reduce unwanted rows and prepare a more useful CSV file.

CSV Export Help

CSV files are useful for spreadsheets, product audits, catalog backups, import preparation, competitor research, and WooCommerce migration planning. Always preview the data before using it in a live store import.

Account and Pro Access

If Pro features are not visible, confirm that you are logged in with the correct account and that the subscription is active. Refresh the page after payment or login changes.

Troubleshooting

If a page does not load correctly, clear browser cache, confirm the latest PHP file is uploaded, check that header.php and footer.php are present, and verify that your hosting supports the PHP version used by the site.
